INFORMATION: 

We are looking for licensed nail technicians who are interested in renting  a booth. There's a high demand for hard gel manicures and that is what we specialize in. Regardless if you are a beginner or advanced gel tech we would like to have you. We will provide you with guidelines, techniques, education materials and access to the best products and instruments. 

We will be promoting the salon as the place where clients can get dry e-file russian-style clean manicures, hard gel, nail art, clean safe pedicures. We will have a strong online presence with a website to all of your links (booking, instagram, info), salon instagram, Google presence to promote the team(we will ask you to provide us photos of your work for posting). We want every tech to be fully booked.

PRICE 

$700 a month for nail booth rent

+$600 deposit to secure the rent, will be returned after the lease is over. 2 months move-out notice in written form

Daily rent option available at $50 a day(including all the colors)

Commission split is also available

BOOTH RENTAL DETAILS

  • The salon is located at the back of Gold’s Marketplace, with plenty of parking for you and your clients. 2625 Kipling St, suite 10090 Wheat Ridge, CO 80215 

  • The space has been fully renovated.

  • We will have a retail nail supply store in the front (where you can get products with special discounts) and a salon area with table booths. We will be providing access to our gel polish selection, this is over 600 colors. The supply store website is www.nashlynails.com

  • Nail technicians are required to be licensed by the state of Colorado and provide proof of insurance. 

  • Will include all week access 8am-10pm 

  • Ikea Linnmon table, Alex 5-drawer unit, 2 table lamps Malm 4 drawer chest for additional storage 

  • Loberget Swivel Chair for clients
